Greyhouse Property Management is a growing and innovative property management company with well-maintained residential properties in Northeast Wisconsin. We provide updated living spaces in excellent locations. Many of our properties are near shopping, schools, parks, entertainment and each is professionally managed and responsively maintained. We offer access to an online portal where residents can submit maintenance requests, and where rent payments can be scheduled, submitted, and securely tracked from any location.

  • Where can I find available units for rent?

    View our availability here. 

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm CST.

  • Where is your office located?

    We do not have a brick and mortar location, but any written correspondence or checks/money orders (paying electronically via the AppFolio Portal is highly recommended) can be mailed to: Greyhouse PM LLC - PO Box 0581 - Fond du Lac, WI 54936-0581.

  • Are your properties pet friendly?

    Yes, all of our properties are pet friendly! It is $40 a month in addition to your rent and there is a one-time move-in fee of $400. Pets must be 50 pounds and under. Some breeds are restricted; please contact us for more information!

  • How do I pay rent?

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
