Gas is a shared expense divided up by square footage of the unit. Pets are welcome with a one time pet fee of $400 and $50/month for pet rent for the first pet, any subsequent pets are $25/month in pet rent. Lawncare and snow removal are done by vendors. Coin operated laundry machines on site, each tenant will receive a key to the laundry room.
