Pets welcome with a one time Pet Fee of $400. Pet Rent is $50/month for the 1st pet, $25/month each for any subsequent pets.

Lawn care and snow removal are the tenants responsibility. One stall garage with additional parking in the driveway. Washer and dryer included the basement.
